Refund Policy
At Temporla in Bloom, each crystal in our shop is unique and carries its own energy. When you choose a crystal, it’s not by accident - it’s because that crystal was meant for you. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on crystals.
For our jewellery collection, we want you to enjoy your pieces for years to come. If a stone becomes loose or falls out within 30 days of purchase due to a craftsmanship issue, we will happily replace or refund the item only if we have a replacement piece. Please note, this does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused after purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned jewellery, we’ll email you to confirm that it has arrived safely. We’ll also let you know whether your return has been approved under our policy.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

In the rare case where a refund has been approved (such as a jewellery return due to a craftsmanship issue), please allow time for your bank or card provider to process it.
Refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider. If you haven’t seen it after checking with your bank and card company, please reach out to us at temporla.in.bloom@outlook.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You will then be refunded back once the item has been returned.
If you are shipping an item over $99, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
