We ship Australia wide and offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $188 with Australia Post
For orders under $188 we offer flat rate shipping:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 (2-8 business days from dispatch)
- Express Shipping: $14.95 (1-4 business days from dispatch)
- Signature on Delivery: Optional add-on is $2.95
During check out you may choose if you would like "Signature on Delivery" - this requires your delivery driver to obtain a signature in order to deliver your goods to you. If you choose not to add this feature and your parcel goes missing after is has been delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post directly.
" Signature On Delivery " can be selected during checkout, this will require the Australian Post delivery driver to obtain a signature to confirm delivery at your home. If no one is home, your parcel will be taken to your nearest post office. By not selecting the signature option, you are giving Australia Post 'Authority" to leave in a safe place on your premises at the delivery drivers discretion (If you purchase the Signature on Delivery your parcel will be taken to your nearest post office).
All parcels come with insurance up to $100
For orders over $100 we encourage you to purchase extra insurance at checkout - especially at peak times of year like Christmas.
Whilst we take even extra packing precautions during peak periods, once your parcel leaves Temporla In Bloom it is then in Australia Posts hands!
If you choose to have any parcels from Temporla In Bloom safe dropped to your address and the parcel goes missing after delivery you will need to contact Australia Post directly and lodge a report with your local police office.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing in addition to delivery times. In saying that, we do our very best to get your order packed and dispatched as quick as possible, usually within 24hrs on weekdays.
All orders are processed Tuesday - Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm, orders placed over the weekend will be packed from Tuesday onwards, thanks for your understanding.
We are here to help if a parcel goes missing on its way to you whilst in transit. We don't like missing parcels at all and will do everything in our power to help find your parcel.
If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to organise to ship your item again at an addition cost to you.
