Mental Telepathy
For telepathic communication to occur there has to be two people: one person has to be the sender and the other person has to be the receiver, the person who picks up on the message or information that is being sent.

Try to find a blank wall or light-coloured wall for one of you to sit against. If you can’t find a blank wall use a light-coloured sheet or piece of paper and tape it to the wall.
- Sit facing each other, with one of you sitting with your back against the blank wall. The person who is sitting against the wall needs to sit calmly and close their eyes.
- You will take turns at seeing each other’s auras. It is easier for the person who is against the wall to just relax with their eyes closed so they don’t distract the other person.
