Smokey Quartz is one of the most powerful grounding stones available. It facilitates a deep connection to the energy of the Earth and acts as a gentle companion during times of stress. It encourages one to focus on solutions to problem, rather than dwell on their current emotional state. It clears away negative thoughts and feelings of hopelessness, making it an effective stone for anyone suffering with depression or anxiety.
This is a really beautiful and special Sphere. The main stone is Rhodonite, but also contains Black manganese oxide veining/inclusions, the darker patches and streaks. This Sphere also has Smoky Quartz or feldspar matrix, the translucent brown-grey background.
There are tiny reflective areas that indicate mica flakes within the matrix.
The pink “petal-like” formations are especially gorgeous and almost flower-like, which usually happens when the rhodonite crystallises in patches through the host stone.
